About the Role
As a Marketing Associate at MTC, you will play a crucial role in promoting our materials engineering products and services to a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities:

Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote MTC's products and services.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven work experience as an HR representative or similar role
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus
