Job Summary:
As an HR Representative at MTC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources functions. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding new talent, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulations.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

  • Proven experience as a Design Engineer in a testing engineering company

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and equipment

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
